Manchester-based developer Jadebricks is bringing forward exciting plans to breathe new life into an underutilised site on Charles Street, Manchester.

The plans will deliver high-quality, purpose-built student accommodation, supporting around 100 studio bedrooms over 15 storeys, at an ideal location within walking distance of Manchester’s prestigious universities.

The proposals are for an attractive new building that complements and supports the vibrant mix of uses on Charles Street. It will complete the street scene and increase footfall and activity, which will in turn improve the safety and security of the surrounding area for the benefit of residents, site neighbours and the wider public.
